Two handfuls of spinach
One handful of sprouts
1/2 handful of soaked almonds
1 tablespoon of Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 cups of water
1 medium apple
Blend the above in a blender
Add one avocado and blend some more
Shred up a pear and place in the middle of the bowl so it looks like a small volcano. Pour the soup around the pear, garnish with a few sprouts atop the pear and 3 or four berries of any kind placed on the green soup.
